Melanie Moodley
Meet Melanie Moodley, our Senior PeoplePulse Business Partner. She has attained her Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology & Sociologyfollowed by a PostGraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is also merited with certifications in Digital Transformation Strategies and L&D Management. Her 19yrs experience in the financial services industry equips her with exemplary skills in Compliance and Risk Management and Business Development. She has engaged in many strategic HR initiatives in the banking and financial services sector. Melanie’s core function in our Business as a key individual are new Client Acquisitions and Risk & Compliance Management.
Lawrence Mamabolo
Meet Lawrence Mamabolo our Senior PeoplePulse Business Partner. He is equipped with 9yrs Human Resource Specialist experience in various sectors. He has engaged in many strategic HR initiative during his career journey. His pride lies in driving effective HR practices. He holds a Honours Degree in Governance. In 2022 he acquired his Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management (Cum Laude) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law. Lawrence’s core focus in our Business Model is Business Strategy and New Acquisitions.

Meet Mmakwena Moholane, our Junior PeoplePulse Business Partner . She holds academic credibility with a Bachelor and Honours Degree in Social Sciences completed at the University of Pretoria. Her core function to our business canvas is to execute and deliver efficiency and support to our Stakeholders whilst ensuring the highest standard of optimization and enablement is applied to support our partnered organization’s aspirations and expectations.
